Size does matter with images: If you use thumbnails or images smaller than 640x480 they will probably look pixilated

Open PowerPoint
Add text and/or add images.
Save your powerpoint > Save As, in Save as type choose JPEG, click Save and choose current slide only or every slide if you have multiple slides.
Save in a location you will remember
Load powerpoint slides ( that are now images ) to Voicethread
